Right of withdrawal

#1. When This Applies

1.1Everything Vex does today is free, so there is nothing to withdraw from yet. This page applies once Vertx Premium or any other paid feature goes on sale.

1.2If you are a consumer living in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another country with a similar law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase as described below. If you live somewhere else, any cancellation or refund rights your own country's consumer law gives you still apply.

#2. Your Right

2.1You can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason.

2.2The 14 days start on the day you buy.

2.3To withdraw, tell me clearly that you want to cancel the purchase, for example by email to [email protected] or through a support ticket in the Support Server. You can use the sample form at the end of this page, but you don't have to.

2.4It is enough to send your message before the 14 days end.

#3. What Happens When You Withdraw

3.1I will refund every payment you made for that purchase, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your message.

3.2The refund uses the same payment method you used, unless we agree on something else. You will not pay any fees for the refund.

3.3The paid features end when the refund is made.

#4. When the Right Ends Early

4.1Premium features are digital and start working right away. When you buy, you will be asked to agree that they start before the 14 days are over, and to confirm that you understand you lose your right of withdrawal once they have started. If you do not give this agreement, the features only start after the 14 days.

4.2Losing the legal right of withdrawal does not stop you from asking me for a refund. I look at every request fairly.
